What ages can take height?
Our height essential is designed for boys and girls starting at age 5 up to 19. Please always consult your paediatrician to make sure a vitamin is right for your child.
Is buddys multi-vitamin appropriate for both boys and girls?
Yes — experts suggest that boys and girls have similar nutritional needs throughout childhood and until their mid-teens. As always please consult your pediatrician where appropriate.
Does my child really need height?
